Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Country Grace Christian Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Country Grace Christian Academy provides faith-centered academic tutoring, learning support, homeschool programs, and related educational services for students from Pre-K through 12th grade in the Canyon and Amarillo, Texas area.
Enrollment & Registration
- Enrollment is subject to availability and approval by academy staff.
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
- We reserve the right to decline enrollment if we cannot adequately meet a student's needs.
Tuition & Payment
- Session fees are as published on our Tuition page and are subject to change with notice.
- Session packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.
- Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase.
- Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session credit.
Code of Conduct
All students, parents, and visitors are expected to:
- Treat staff and other families with respect and kindness
- Maintain a Christ-centered, positive learning environment
- Follow academy policies and guidelines
- Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of our code of conduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and curriculum materials — is the property of Country Grace Christian Academy and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Country Grace Christian Academy provides educational support services and does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Portal Accounts
Parent and student portal accounts are provided for authorized users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Randall County, Texas.
